Bank Deposit Information Added to Pay Stubs

Note: This change was added in an update after the initial R4 release.

Employee pay stubs now display direct deposit details, including the account number, account type, and deposit amount, for up to five accounts. This information is available on both the HTML and PDF versions of the pay stub.

Issue Fixed on Pay Stub PDF

The pay stub PDF has been updated to show the correct page numbers, and the extra page has been removed.

Administration

New IT Admin Role and Migration of Enterprise Admins

This release of HR Management introduces the IT Admin role and a new IT Admin page. This role has the same permissions as your current Enterprise Admins. However, it is managed in HR Management (hr.viewpoint.com) instead of Trimble Construction One (team.viewpoint.com).

One-Time Import of Enterprise Admins

During the update to the 2025 R4 release, all of your organization's Enterprise Administrators in Trimble Construction One (team.viewpoint.com) will be imported as IT Admins in HR Management (hr.viewpoint.com). This is a one-time import.

Important: The process of importing your enterprise admins and migrating them to the IT Admin role could take several hours to complete. As a result, not all IT Admins may be displayed immediately.

Watch the following video for an overview of the new IT Admin role and the IT Admin page.

IT Admin Access

IT Admins have administrator access to Admin Settings, User Management (Beta), and Applicant Tracking (HiringThing). They can also add or remove other IT Admins.

By default, IT Admins cannot access employee data, unless they are also assigned an HR Admin or HR Specialist role. If they are an employee, they can access their own employee information.

After the Import

You can view your current IT Admins from the new IT Admins page, which is available from the main menu and the HR Admin Tools section on the home page.

You can add new IT Admins or remove existing ones directly from the IT Admins page.

  • To add an IT Admin, select the New IT Admin button. Then choose from a drop-down of user email addresses that are already part of your company and can be found in Team User Management.

  • To remove an IT Admin, select the Remove button in the Actions column for that user.

See Add or Remove IT Admins for more details.
