PR Daily Employee Timesheet

You can use the PR Daily Employee Timesheet report (a Timesheet form for an employee to fill out for the job they are working on) by selecting Payroll > Reports > PR Daily Employee Timesheet.

This a Timesheet form for an employee to fill out for the job they are working on. The report will print by Company for a range of Jobs, range of Phases, range of Contract Items, with options to sort by Phase or Contract item, to include inactive phases, and to print all Phase Cost Types or just those specified. Phases and Contract Items that are on the Job (JCJP table) will be listed and spaces are provided for the employee to log their hours worked (RT, OT, DT) and equipment used on the job.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning job.

Ending Job

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending job.

Beginning Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning phase.

Ending Phase

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending phase.

Beginning Contract Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning contract item.

Ending Contract Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending contract item.

Sort by (P)hase or (C)ontract Item

Enter P or C.

Phase Cost Types to Include (1,2,3) Blank for All.

Enter cost types to include separated by comma or leave blank for all.

Include Inactive Phases?

checkbox to include inactive phases.
