PR Direct Deposit Distribution Setup

You can use the PR Direct Deposit Distribution Setup report to set up of Employee Direct Deposit Distributions by selecting Payroll > Reports > PR Direct Deposit Distribution Setup.

This report allows you to set up of Employee Direct Deposit Distributions. This report prints the first line for each employee from the employee header table. The remainder of the lines for each employee print from the deposit distributions table.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Employee

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning employee.

Ending Employee

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending employee.

Include Inactive?

checkbox to include inactive employees.
