Assign Licenses to Users

In the Admin Console, you can assign the licenses that you have purchased to your users.

Before you can assign licenses, you need to purchase them. You can refer to Online Purchasing.
To assign licenses to the users in the Admin Console:
  1. In Admin Console, navigate to Purchases > Subscriptions & Licenses.
  2. Select the ellipsis icon and select Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Scroll down to the Assigned Licenses section and select Assign licenses.
  4. Enter the email address in the Emails field in the Assign licenses dialog.
The user licenses are assigned.
