In the Admin Console, you can cancel a subscription purchased
from shop.trimble.com.
To cancel a subscription purchased from Trimble via a sales
representative, please contact your sales representative for
assistance.
Canceling a subscription
does not immediately terminate your subscription. Instead, it disables
auto-renew.
In Admin Console, select
Purchases > Subscriptions & Licenses.
For the subscription you want to
manage, select Manage
subscription.
The Manage
Subscription window opens.
Select Cancel subscription.
The Sad to see you go dialog opens.
Enter the reason for canceling
your subscription and select Cancel
subscription.
Auto-renew is disabled
for the subscription. Your access to the products and features in your subscription will
stay active for the remainder of its term. It will then be canceled.
