Schedule a field order using the field order scheduler to view the field order in relation to other scheduled field orders. The field order scheduler enables you to manage the schedule for field orders, add new field orders, and modify existing field orders. You can filter and view the schedule for field orders allowing you to better manage the workload and resources.

1. Optional: If you haven't already done so, create a view for the field order scheduler.
2. Optional: If you haven't already done so, create a field order document.
3. Using the Field Order Scheduler, schedule a field order by creating appointments for the resources (employees, equipment items, and vendors) that will work on the field order.

After you schedule a field order, you may want to:

• View Field Order Log screen
• View Project Document Logs
• Run Project Reports
