Customer Transactions screen
Use the Customer Transactions screen to create a report of customer transaction history including invoices and payments. The report shows project starting balance, invoice and payment number for each transaction, and a running project balance. The transactions are sorted by customer and transaction date. You can print or save this report.
Invoices that are created by the release of retainage on contract billing are indicated by an asterisk on the report.

You can control the output of the Customer Transactions by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:
Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click
to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
Report From Date - Enter the start date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click
to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.
Report Through Date - Enter the end date for the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click
to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.
Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.
Division - Click
to select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.
Customer - Click
to select one or more customers for the report. If no customers are selected, all customers appear in the report.
Project - Click
to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.
Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
