Create an XML file of a record of employment

When you create an XML file using the On Save of Document Create XML checkbox, ProContractor records the activity on the Activity/History Tab.

  1. Open the Enter Record of Employment screen.

    Note the active company. If you want to change it, click in the header and select the appropriate company.

  2. In the Document field, do one of the following:
    • Enter the code of the ROE for which you want to create an XML file.

    • Click to select the ROE for which you want to create an XML file from a Lookup List.

  3. In the On Save of Document area, select the Create XML checkbox.
  4. Click Save Document.
  5. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
  6. Enter a file name for the saved XML file.
  7. Click Save.
