Equipment Usage Detail Report screen
Use the Equipment Usage Detail Report screen to create a report of equipment usage transaction details, including basic equipment information and life-to-date usage details. The report criteria uses equipment (asset) companies. The distribution companies for projects and employees are shown in the report. You can print or save this report.

To open the Equipment Usage Detail Report screen, select
in the All Tasks pane.You can control the output of the Equipment Usage Detail Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:
- Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, choose the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
- Date Type - Select Transaction Date to use transaction dates in the report. Select Posting Date to use posting dates in the report.
- Report From Date - Enter the start date for the report, select the date from a date picker, or enter a date formula. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.
- Report Through Date - Enter the end date for the report. This field is required.
- Company - Select
to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report. The companies selected are asset companies for the transactions.
- Division - Select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.
- Equipment Classification - Select one or more equipment classifications for the report. If no equipment classifications are selected, all equipment classifications appear in the report.
- Equipment Status - Select the equipment status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive equipment items on the report.
- Equipment - Select one or more equipment items for the report. If no equipment items are selected, all equipment items appear in the report.
- Usage Type - Select one or more usage types for the report. If no usage types are selected, all usage types appear in the report.
- Include Pending Transactions - Select the checkbox to include both pending and posted transactions in the report. Deselect the checkbox to show only posted transactions in the report.
