Project Status screen
Use the Project Status screen to create a report of project status including budget, actual, and variance amounts for project/cost code through a selected date. This report displays the Intercompany Setup screen for transactions. Use the Select Format field to select whether to view the standard project status report or to view the project status report by cost type category. You can print or save this report.

To open the Project Status screen, click
in the All Tasks pane.You can control the output of the Project Status report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:
Select Format - Select Project Status Report to generate a Project Status report. Select Project Status By Cost Type Category to generate a Project Status report by cost type category. If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click
to select the version to be used for this report.
Report Through Date - Enter the end date for the report, click
to select the date from a Date Picker, or click
to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula. This field is required.
Company - Click
to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.
Division - Click
to select one or more cost code divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all cost code divisions appear in the report.
Project Status - Click
to select the project status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive projects in the report.
Project - Click
to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.
Cost Code - Click
to select one or more cost codes for the report. If no cost codes are selected, all cost codes appear in the report.
Cost Type - Click
to select one or more cost types for the report. If no cost types are selected, all cost types appear in the report.
Detailed/Summary - Select Detailed to show cost and budget data by project/cost code/cost type. Select Summary to show cost and budget data by project/cost code.
Accounting Basis - Select Accrual to show posted transactions with an accrual accounting basis. Select Cash to show posted transactions with a cash accounting basis.
Show Only Cost Codes Over Budget - Select the checkbox to show only cost codes that have actual costs greater than budgeted costs.
Include Pending Transactions - Select the checkbox to include both pending and posted transactions in the report. Deselect the checkbox to show only posted transactions in the report.
Include Committed Costs - Select the checkbox to include committed costs in the report. Deselect the checkbox to exclude committed costs from the report.
Consolidate Sub Projects and Master Project - Select the checkbox to show the sum of cost codes across master and subprojects, when the cost codes match. Deselect the checkbox to show subproject details.
Include Zero Rows - Select the checkbox to include zero cost rows in the report. Deselect the checkbox to exclude zero cost rows from the report.
