What's New in Traqspera 2025 R1
The 2025 R1 release of Traqspera introduces tax statements in the mobile application. This release is available as of January 21, 2025.
New Features
View Tax Statements in the Traqspera mobile application
Employees with a Trimble ID can now access their tax documents from the Earnings page in the Traqspera mobile application.
On the Earnings page, two new tabs now display:

Pay Stubs: Lists the employee's available pay stubs by pay date.

Tax Statements: Lists an employee's available tax forms by year. For employees who reside in the United States, tax statements include W-2 forms and 1095-C forms. For employees who reside in Canada, tax statements include T4 slips.
Note: For Android users, tax documents open in an external PDF viewer on their device. For iOS users, tax documents display within the mobile application interface.

Your system must be configured for mandatory Trimble ID.

Users must have an HR license. If you are a Traqspera legacy customer and also own HR Management for Spectrum, please contact Support for assistance.

Users must have a Trimble ID that is linked to the same employee account in Traqspera and HR Management. That user must be able to see pay stubs from their Earnings page at hr.viewpoint.com.

Users must log in to the mobile application with their Trimble ID. That Trimble ID must be the same one they use to log in to hr.viewpoint.com.
Issues Fixed
Information about issues fixed is now delivered through a single resource, the Viewpoint Customer Portal. What's New information will continue to focus on the many enhancements and customer suggestions included in a release.
To see a list of defects fixed in this version, go to the Track Cases/Issues page on the Viewpoint Customer Portal. Use the filter options to select your product and module. In the Fixed In Version field, select this version, then select Apply Filters.
