What's New in Traqspera 2025 R10
The 2025 R10 release of Traqspera introduces several new features and a new navigation in the web application. This release is available as of August 14, 2025.
New Features
New Setting: Sync Equipment Rates
This setting is enabled by default. Disable this setting to prevent equipment rates from syncing. This is useful if you want to manually manage them in Traqspera. Find it in .
New Setting: Flag Equipment on Multiple Timesheets
Enable this setting to flag any equipment in the Timesheet Summary that is on another timesheet for that day.
Rehired Employees Have Limited Status
The Limited status is now retained when an inactive employee is rehired. For more information, see User Management Fields.
Hour Rules for Equipment
The Timesheet Summary now warns when a piece of equipment exceeds its max hours per day.
Improvements
This release introduces a new navigation that delivers simplified menus, removes duplication, and aligns with Trimble design standards.
Important changes include:

Relocation of the navigation bar and company selection tool to the left side of the page.

Collapsible navigation with some new menu names and consolidated options.

New icons for Help, Alerts, and User Profile access in the upper right of the page.
