Invite Employees with Unified User Management in Traqspera

Follow these steps to invite employees to use Traqspera and HR Management for Spectrum.

Ensure your company uses the Unified User Management system by verifying that your HR Role Management page says "X users are pulled from Traqspera."

If you haven't already unified your Traqspera and HR Management for Spectrum userbases, you must do so before completing this task. For instructions, see Get Started with Unified User Management.

Important: All companies are required to unify their Traqspera and HR Management for Spectrum userbases. The deadline for unification is February 13, 2026.
After employees accept your invitation and create their account, it can take approximately 15 minutes for their data to display in your portal. Once their data becomes available, employees can easily access their information based on the features that you have enabled in Libre-service des employés.
  1. Send a Welcome Email to Employees.
  2. If you haven't already, configure the settings and permissions for the Employee role in Traqspera.
    For instructions, see Edit a User Role in the Traqspera help.
  3. Invite Users From Spectrum.
    To add external (non-Spectrum users), see Add External Users. This should be reserved for users who are not connected to an employee.
You can now manage the new users' Admin roles in HR Role Management for Spectrum and their user details in the Traqspera User Management page.
