Set detailed options for naming and saving your merged PDF images.

  1. Go to PDF Document Merge Options > File > Options and Settings > Merge Options or PDF Document Merge Options > Merge > Merge Options.
  2. Choose Select to browse to and choose the default location for individual PDF Pages.
  3. In the File Name Beginning section, select one of the following options:
    • Use Original File Name: Begins the file name with the name of the original file.
    • Enter Text: Begins the file name with the text you enter.
  4. In the File Name Middle section, select one of the following options:
    • Skip: Does not include a middle part in the file name.
    • Enter Text: Includes the text you enter in the middle of the file name.
  5. In the Duplicate File Name Options section, select the appropriate option to indicate how Advanced Image Manager will handle duplicate file names:
    • Prompt If File With Same Name Exists
    • Overwrite File If Same Name Already Exists
  6. Select OK to save your options.
