Live Collaboration (Beta) in Trimble Connect

Modified: 12 May 2026 Trimble Connect Help

Use Live Collaboration in Trimble Connect for Browser with other session participants to interact with each others' 3D model views.

Note: Live Collaboration is also available for Autodesk Revit and Tekla Structures. All applications can access the same sharing session.

About Live Collaboration for Trimble Connect

With Live Collaboration for Trimble Connect, you and other session participants can engage directly with each others' 3D model view(s). Instead of only screen-sharing like you might with an application for online meetings, you and others can collaborate in real time in the 3D viewer, and without needing to export or exchange any 3D model files.

Live Collaboration unites project teams to review ongoing work across Trimble Connect and integrated software, including Tekla Structures (Preview feature) and Autodesk Revit (Trimble Connect Add-in Preview feature).

Note: Live Collaboration for Trimble Connect
  • Is released as a BETA feature.
  • Is not supported in Trimble Connect for Windows or Trimble Connect for Mobile.
